GoogleFrom our initial contact with the Helston office and Tom’s valuation assessment of our property, my wife and I felt confident that we would receive a professional and efficient marketing service. This certainly proved to be the case. The marketing information was of very good quality and all viewings were accompanied and efficiently arranged with lots of feedback provided. All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful, always staying in close contact with us and keeping us positive throughout what turned out to be a fairly lengthy sale process. In particular, Tabitha worked tirelessly to keep the sale process moving forward towards completion. We would highly recommend this Estate Agent.

GoogleWe bought our house a few months ago through Miller Countrywide in Helston. The service we received was professional and of a high standard. It was by no means a straightforward sale due to the third party but the team kept us informed and did their best to keep things running as smoothly as possible, in what was quite a stressful time. We cant rate this team highly enough and would most definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you.

GoogleMyself and my husband used Miller countrywide to sell our first home. Staff were very helpful right from the start and very quick to get the process of selling our beloved home started. The agents are able to answer any questions that we had about any of the services they offer. We have used their services for mortgages when buying our first property which was made very simple by the amount of knowledge they have. Our property was agreed to go on the market and within less than seven days they had sold our property and we were able to purchase another property through them. This was only possible due to their ability to be proactive in distributing properties information this is because they are effective in their use of mailing their current clients. We felt that the agents took any of our concerns seriously and dealt with them accordingly. I would recommend using Miller countrywide their professionalism is outstanding.

GoogleI have purchased a house through Miller Countrywide and can honestly say they've been superb. They have kept me in the loop the whole way with updates across the chain, they have chased solicitors without me needing to ask and have ensured that whole process has moved along as quickly as possible. I ended up using Countrywide's solicitors, mortgage broker and surveyors as there were some discounts available for keeping the services in-house and I'd highly recommend them all. Very efficient and thorough. As a seller or a buyer, I'm not sure you could do much better than these.

GoogleThese comedians reckon they can get you the best mortgage deal on the planet but they charge you £500 quid for it which added in to your mortgage deal term can make you worse off. Better going with money supermarket or something, better deal, no massive fee and you don't have to listen to these lot droning on about how they are the best in the businessNegativeResponsiveness, Value

GoogleReally disappointed - booked a mutually convenient appointment for valuation on a prestigious property with Helston Office and someone from Waterside - 2 days later answer phone message to say going to Wadebridge instead - no follow up - clearly they do not need the business

The team were always looking after our best interest and got us the price we wanted. The manager had a wealth of knowledge and overcame issues before they became to serious.
