Martin came out to do a valuation at a property and was armed with lots of information and literature for me to go through at my leisure once he'd clarified what it all was in great detail.
He was incredibly professional, warm and welcoming to any questions and clearly explained everything I needed to know. The appointment did not feel rushed at all and he took the time to revisit any further questions I had which was reassuring.
Even an overlooked error (on my part) was easy to rectify and wasn't too much trouble at all. He went above and beyond.

They broke the myth that estate agents are cowboys. They have since contacted us after completion to make sure that all is well.
