I rented a place in Balloch and I was very happy with my experience overall as a first time renter in Scotland. Andrew is a fantastic lettings agent who gave me A LOT of extra info that really helped me long term and is partially what caused me to choose to rent with Property Bureau. Rachel was easy to correspond with and if I had issues she replied promptly sending along a maintenance person when needed etc. I never met Victoria but through indirect actions feel that she is also reliable and fair. I was happy to have my deposit stored properly and returned to me in full as well as no difficulty in getting my place set up to rent within a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting with this branch of Property Bureau.

As a 1st time renter with Property Bureau Helensburgh I cant fault the service I recieved Rachel was so professional lovely & helpful in securing me a Property due to having to relocate from England back home to Scotland keeping me up to date constantly with the process & progress of my application. I had an issue with the toulet & had the lovely Rob out the same day to fix it without any hassle. Then as I requested to move due to unfortunate circumstances she went above & beyond again to help me & i am now in a beautiful place so couldn't recommend this agency as well as Rachel & Victoria anymore! What can I say! What a wonderful Team Property Bureau in Helensburgh are. Just wanted to share my great experience in dealing with them over the last 12/13 years. My most recent experience was as a Landlord which Victoria dealt with very quickly and efficiently and thereafter the sale. It is hard to believe just how smoothly things went. All credit to Victoria for the speed in which she managed to move things along. Over the years I have had the good fortune to purchase property, let property and sell property through them and in all the different scenarios the service provided was outstanding. I must give a special mention to Victoria for the efficiency with which she carries out her role. She is very obliging and nothing is too much trouble. Andrew also has the same knack of making everything go smoothly and seem effortless. Recently they secured a sale for my property in a total timescale of 9 weeks which included the marketing/sale and date of entry. Absolutely amazing! I was a tenant with a Property Bureau managed property for approx. 2 years. Victoria and her colleagues were great and very approachable. It can be daunting as a young tenant to approach your letting agent with an issue, however, Victoria was always amenable, quick to resolve any issues and clearly had the tenants welfare/happiness at the forefront of her decision making. Also very quick and easy to report any issues/required repairs and dealt with I'm a timely fashion. I would recommend a property bureau managed property to anyone looking to rent.

Over the last few years, I’ve asked Victoria and the team at Property Bureau (Helensburgh) to help me find tenants for my rental property in Alexandria, and to carry out all the relating work. Cannot recommend Property Bureau Helensburgh hightly enough. The whole process from viewing to moving in was absolutely seamless. Couple of very minor property issues arises on moving in and genuinely was blown away by the friendliness and how quickly Rachel and Victoria solved the issues, within hours, which was unbelievable. Genuinely cannot recommend this amazing company highly enough. Possibly worth noting I own an electrical contracting business and deal with dozens of letting agents, so in a great place to judge. I was in a situation recently where i had to sell a property fairly quickly and move into a rental, and to keep things as simple as possible i decided to use property bureau for both. Tenant mainly used for check in and out and billing. I never felt intimidated as a tenant as you do with some agents but I was treated fairly with respect and trust and Victoria was always friendly, relaxed, helpful and good at communicating. My landlord was also amazing and treated me so well in my property fixing up the kitchen and windows. I was sorry to leave the property through them. I felt I had a home not a rental which is what it should feel like. I also received my full deposit back without any issues or claims. Thank you.
