GoogleLomond Letting and Craig have been excellent right from the onset keeping me up-to-date with the progress on my letting application. Everything has run smoothly from the contract, moving, deposit and rental payment and attending to minor issues. Great service all round and would recommend them when considering a property in the Dumbartonshire area.

GoogleCraig Johnson was a super landlord and letting agent. From our initial contact he was kind, courteous and very helpful. I was in a position where my house build was delayed and he offered a temporary solution very quickly. I'd certainly recommend dealing with Craig and Lomond Letting. Very professional and customer centric attitude. I'd award 5+++ stars for the service received.

GoogleDisgusting service - money grabbers trying to con you - they go as low as to tell bare face lies - please be warned and always be a step ahead if your with or dealing with this so called little company - disgusted to the core is not the word. They listed a property and photoshopped the listing then broke consumers act - hope they get what they deserve. They tricked me into thinking I was getting a good home. They told bare face lies then denied them - they then lied again trying to keep my deposit and I have the proof in emails - I mean how stupid could one little nonsense company go - i mean the lady with the hnd should either learn to balance her social skills and qualification or clearly better educate herself - so much more happened but this is honestly the type of vile behaviour I dealt with - they tried shouting and bully tactics too - I did not go there and chose not to respond to such pathetic behaviour !!!!!!!!! They never paid my deposit into safe Scotland as stated on the lease - safe deposit Scotland could not understand why they didn't just give me it back after I told them about the story - I know have a legal representative taking care of this matter - honestly they are so much more hassle than they are worth I have photos to prove - they don't care about who they upset as all they want is money - they are not interested in good customer skills once you sign that's it and they play extremely dirty -

Thank you for your review, I loathe to respond to such an untruthful illegible review. Firstly we are not professional photographers with the sort of airbrushing skills that you would see in many magazines, so your point on pictures being photoshopped is comical. The pictures / description used is the same template as the previous two times the property has been marketed with two separate tenants acquired. Funnily enough there was no mention of photoshopped pictures. The remainder of the review is not worth a response as it is that of fantasy. We are still waiting on your legal representative to be in touch, which we look forward to and will respond to them the same as we did with Citizens Advice, who upon being furnished with the FACTS, consider the matter closed and in line with legislation. Also i would just like to reiterate that we DON'T own the property and all decsions on these matters are that of the legal owner.

GoogleI have been a tenant with Lomond Letting for nearly eight years now. I can only say what a superb Estate agents. I can’t fault them I would recommend them to anyone. They are now helping my sister to find a flat. Amazing people very helpful . I am so happy I found them . You will be treated with the highest respect . If I could give 10 stars I would they deserve them . Well done Lomond Letting for finding me the house of my dreams.
