Very satisfied

Friendly, profesional service from all staff we have had dealings with. Great knowledge of the local market and hence the valuation of our property was spot on and we gained an offer within 2 weeks. Very satisfied.

I can't thank Nicky enough for her excellent service over the last few months. She has been amazing! Our sale was not straightforward and Nicky helped make it so much smoother for me. She went above and beyond her role to ensure the sale went through as quickly and as smoothly as possible. She is so lovely and easy to talk to and was very professional throughout. I would highly recommend Nicky and the Beercocks team - they were brilliant from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Hazel the superstar. Hazel has held our hands all the way through the process of selling our late parents home. The professional service from all at Cottingham branch as been great from start to finish. Especially Hazel who looked after us and as given us lots of help, guidance and a a few laughs to get us through this. Should we ever sell our own home in the future, Hazel at Beercocks will be my first call. Thanks Guys Michele and Co.

I am very happy to provide a really positive feedback for the Beercocks Estate Agency. I am currently in the buying process and my main contact has been Victoria who has helped me to find a nice property and negoiate an acceptable price that myself and the vendors are agreeable with. Victoria has been excellent. Her experience and guidance has been so helpful. She has been really approachable and so supportive. She has rresponded to all of my questions honestly and efficiently and alaid any concerns that I may have had having not bought a property in many years. Victoria and Nicki are going to support me through the purchasing process. Julie has also been a really good source of information and guidance. With many thanks and very happy to recommend this company.I am sure that they will serve you well.

The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue…Consummate Professionals

The staff at Beercock's Newland Avenue were the ultimate professionals and looked after us right from the start of the process of selling our house. They explained everything at each stage and never left us wondering or in the dark at any time, they were constantly in touch with us. They managed all the viewings at the property and there were quite a few! I was not worried that they held keys to the property and they respected the house and our requests all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

My family recently used Beercocks Estate Agents to sell our late sister's house. Every contact we had with members of Beercocks staff was a positive one, in terms of their help, knowledge, experience and professionalism. A special mention goes to Elaine as she kept us up to date, liaised with solicitors and worked very hard to get the house sale completed. I have sold previous property with Beercocks and I would highly recommend them.

A very professional and effective team at the Barton office

Belinda and the team at Barton gave us excellent advice and support during the whole sale process. This was imprtant to us as it was a probate property and the executors were often out of the area. Contact by email and phone was always fast and complete.

Highly recommend Beercocks

Been very happy with how Beercocks have handled the sale of my property so far. Katie and the sales team have been great throughout the process, providing a realistic market value of my property, putting up an advert that has attracted multiple viewings in a short space of time and helpfully arranging the viewings at times convenient for me. Would highly recommend using Beercocks to anyone wanting to put their property on the market.
