Our house sale. We had been given a price guide, we went with it.We had a lot of views in the first month, I had an issue with the back garden pictures, not beercocks problem, it was mine , I asked to review the pictures. Emily from Beercocks called me “ hi , can I come and see you at your property “She was amazing She came to our property,As soon as she walked around and guided me, I said “ can you deal with all of my sale” Emily is… polite, knowledgeable, professional,helpful and nothing is a problem .Since our meeting Emily has kept us informed all the time and has been a very professional lovely lady to deal with. I found the people and process from first contact to sold subject to contract professional , friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Beercock's to friends and family. Hazel, Harriet and others in the office where on hand at all times on the phone, on wats app and text messaging. The marketing material and video was excellent and showed the true extent of what my property had to offer and it's potential. Beercock's did what they said they would do.

GoogleI saw a little place on Beercocks, Hedon and telephoned straight away to ask to view. Sadly it had been taken but was recommended another place to view. Fell in love and rang to place an offer. Vicky at Hedon branch took my details with such charm, politeness and enthusiasm. She didn't keep me hanging around long before telephone calls came back and forth. Always with the same polite jollyness. A sale was agreed and she has kept me fully updated along the way to get it to solicitor stage. Cannot fault this office one single bit and is a highly recommended place to sort a house sale/buy.

The staff at Beercocks in Hedon have been both very helpful and very friendly and, therefore, have made the process simple. They gave me a Probate figure for the house and, eventually, took me through the process of selling the house in a clear and concise way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Hedon.

After having a pretty negative experience with another estate agent for the sale of our property, we made the decision to try again with Beercocks and wow, what a fantastic experience! From Elliot coming to initially do our valuation and take our photos, to Jack helping with all viewings and the initial sale, every part of our experience so far has been 11 out of 10. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and constantly keeps you updated on email/phone, even when there’s not much to report. We were on the market for nearly 10 weeks with the first estate agent with not much traction, however after less than 2 weeks with Beercocks we had several viewings, 2 offers and finally a sale! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone and Jack has been AMAZING! Thank you so much😁

My boyfriend and I were purchasing a house through Beercocks and I must compliment the immaculate customer service. Jane and Nicky have been amazing and have been consistently been updating us before our solicitors.Jane was the first person we dealt with at Beercocks; she showed us around the property and was very friendly and positive. We have been to view a few houses with other estate agents and I must say that I never particularly enjoyed the experience as much as I have with Jane and the Beercocks team.
