From our initial viewing through to having our offer accepted, we were updated at every opportunity and the next steps in the process of our purchase have been made clear by the team. TrustpilotProfessional and efficient staff. Clients interest well represented.
I was the purchaser in this transaction and was very impressed at how Katie represented the vendor (her client). She was professional and efficient on behalf of her client. As the purchaser I was treated with respect and promptly provided with all the details and information I requested. She facilitated the liaison between the vendor and myself professionally and efficiently. When I come to sell my property I will have no qualms in placing it in the hands of Katie. I would also like to mention Archie who has superb customer liaison skills and assisted me in my dealings on this property.
