GoogleHi I recently purchased a property sold by the agents. The staff at Roger Dean Heald Green were absolutely amazing. I had lots of questions and viewed the property on several occasions nothing was to much trouble for them. Special shout out for Amy and Grace friendly professional and superb at what they do. Thanks Roger Dean was great buying a property sold by you. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI am the co owner of a buy to let property which was purchased 14 years ago. This is my first and only property and I had no idea what being a landlord involved . We used Deans as they have a good reputation in the area where the property is and from the outset they were excellent. My first contact was with Carole the manager and she was so professional and organised with a fantastic team of staff who are experienced and fully trained in all the requirements involved in renting out a property. Carole and her team guide me and ensure that the property is of a good standard,safe and within legal requirements. They carry out regular checks feed back to me if any repairs are required in order for the tenants to be safe and comfortable. I cannot stress just how important it is to have this wonderful team at Deans behind me and ensuring I am supported as a landlord but equally important making sure the tenants are comfortable and safe . For any landlord looking for support I would highly recommend Deans to manage your property and for anyone renting I would also look to Deans as they will do their very best to ensure your needs are met.

GoogleTenants beware - the agreement they ask you to sign is unreasonable and exploitative. You need the landlord's permission for guests to stay overnight, and receipts for all bill payments to get your deposit back (subject to various deductions, such as replacement of tap washers). There is no inventory or other guarantee of property condition at the start of the tenancy, and no advance notice given for viewings or entry by workmen. Various charges apply - such as £150 for breaching any terms of the agreement, regardless of how minor or subjective (there is a requirement "not to do anything to annoy the landlord"), and a £75 charge for not serving notices (despite no notice details being given). There is also a £75 charge for missing appointments, and a £25 charge just to refund rent. They withdraw your tenancy offer if you ask for anything to be changed.

AVOID They accepted my offer for a home, I set up an mortgage and solicitor etc, upon sending the money, they stated they didn't accept the offer, I asked for a phone recording and they didn't give it to me to prove they were wrong, after I paid for a surveyance that was non refundable. AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY WILL NOT ACT RESPONSIBLY. AND yes, before you say it, my offer was ACCEPTED!
Hi Mathew Sorry you were disatisfied however, your offer was never accepted and you should not have paid anything to anyone else you had recieved any confirmation in writing that your offer had been accepted.

GoogleThe communication we have had with Roger Dean has been nothing short of rude. All the letters and emails we have received from their management over the past few months have been extremely rude and unhelpful. They never answer any questions and say they will ring back but never do. I would not recommend Roger Dean to anyone.

GoogleTo all at Heald Green branch. Carole went out of her way to help find me the perfect property that would be available for me to suit my circumstances. All members of staff have lots of knowledge and skills available to help my move go smoothly and were very polite and professional. Without this branch I possible still would not of had a lovely home! Alison went out of her way to help me sort insurance for my property as I was unsure what to do. I can not fault the service that I received - it was very reassuring all the way through and has left me very happy and feeling as though I can approach this agency whenever I need to. Thanks all

Roger Dean have been nothing but Brilliant! From a sales point of view our property went on the market quick, we got plenty of viewings, the customer service was a breath of fresh air. Always someone available, communication was excellent right to the end of the sale, always there to help. Sales were excellent no pressure to change price, offers were put forward sale was agreed.

GoogleI have been a tenant with Roger Dean for the past 4 years . I've always had a quick response to any issues and always had direct communication with Martin. He is a credit for the company. The handy men are quick and pleasant and have dealt with all sorts of problems big and small. Compared to some of the larger agents in town these guys are far better and far more personable. GoogleUpdated in response: we used your services back in 2017 when you did indeed have a male estate agent. Unprofessional (the male estate agent even looked at my hand as if it were encrusted with dirt when I offered it on the first time he conducted a viewing at our house) while the other staff had bad communication skills (rather patronising), took bad photos of our property, kept calling us every week without fail to unnecessarily inform us that "no progress has been made in the house sale" (no, really, we hadn't noticed!) and were pushing us to put the price lower and lower. Their low rate of commission reflected their service. Glad we went elsewhere.

GoogleJust had my fencing done by a lovely guy called Jamie who actually ended up doing three garden, he was so professional and moved all the rubbish, so polite and I would highly recommend him. If anyone needs a fencer hes your man.
