GoogleCompletely unacceptable and negligent level of customer service was afforded to us upon providing our administration fee. Enquiries are often me with belligerent responses which place the burden of responsibility entirely on the customer which renders their role in the process to being completely pointless. Should never have given them a penny.

FacebookCraig from the thatcham branch has been dealing with my sale, he has been extremely helpfu! Nothing has been to much hassle for him. He has done a lot of chasing for me (slow solicitor). He always returns my calls within the hour and is very knowledgeable. Thanks again Craig !!
