The agent impressed from the start with her professional attitude and local knowledge helped by the fact that she had lived close by for many years. Gave a realistic appraisal and valuation. The service provided was excellent and faultless in every way. They went above and beyond to make the sale successful even arranging for local tradesmen when needed. Sold above the asking price. Highly recommended.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and sneaky agents. After having accepted our offer, kept accepting other offers and kept asking for unrealistic details. We had canceled viewings of other properties and missed on other property we were interested in. Gave us conflicting information. You won't have any confidence as buyer. Wasted our time! No regard for other people's lives. BEWARE!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don't use Wye!

GoogleGreat service - offer received and accepted the first weekend the property went on the market. When the sale unfortunately fell through at the last minute, they managed to get three more offers, even at a very slow time of year. Sale now completed, with no hassle. Very professional and efficient.
