After getting our house valued last year, we decided not to sell and informed the team in the Horsham branch back in July we were not interested in selling and we would be in touch if things changed. Since then, emails, missed calls even blocking a number still getting hounded every other week! Seriously un professional and definitely when we do sell they won’t be the estate agent of choice!

This was the 2nd estate agent we tried to sell our house with. The service was great the team are so friendly and knowledgeable they worked really hard to sell our house and were always available by phone and email if we needed to contact them. I wish I’d used them in the first place but going forward I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommended them to others.

During 2022 we were looking to buy a house around Haywards Heath. The frenzied housing market meant it took more than a year and 10 offers before we finally secured our forever home. Throughout our search one agent stood out for us above the rest. The helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the videos and accuracy of the details of the properties were really helpful to us especially as we were then living far from HH. We were pleased that the house we ended up buying was on sale through them and would happily recommend them as a great estate agent despite not having paid for a service from them.

DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT USE. We have a new born baby and reported mould at the property. Not only did they say this is an ongoing issue they knew about before we moved in, they refused to send someone out to inspect or treat the mould, putting my baby's safety at risk!

The Agent, Andrew threatened to put the property back on the market after sale agreed if i didn’t immediately pay solicitor search fees even though they had moved the lender valuation and it had not happened yet this was also the agents mistake. Nobody should pay fees until evaluation is done as this could end the whole deal. Anyway through fear I paid the fees and guess what later down the line the valuation came back under and the whole sale fell through and i lost my fees. Haywards heath branch… steer well clear

I'm really surprised to read such bad reviews, I used the Haywards Heath branch to purchase my first property and they made the whole process seamless. They were very accommodating, quick to respond to my (many) questions and made me feel completely at ease during what I thought would have been a very stressful time. From first viewing to completion took about 8 weeks and they kept me updated throughout. Couldn't have asked for more really.

GoogleThe employees at the letting people are always friendly, approachable and willing to help. I started renting with them 4 months ago and as a first time renter they made the moving/ renting process really easy and straight forward. Lucy who was our advisor when moving was really friendly and kept me up to date with everything that was going on which was really reassuring. They are outstanding with their communication. I would highly recommend renting with them.

Awful service from the Forest Row branch going back to selling a large property around August 2019 - eventually selling with another agent in March 2020. Used them as they were very local to the property - wish we had not. Also with a few lies thrown in. Things happened behind our backs without forewarning you to which they had poor excuses when confronted - be aware.

Do not touch with a barge pole!!!My elderly parents tried to purchase a property in Horsham, with sale agreed or thought they were, until they found that the property had been put back on the market at a lower price, even the solicitors didn't know. Totally unscrupulous organisation - closer to say they are a shower of 💩💩😡🤬

GoogleThe woman who I spoke to on the phone was very blunt and unhelpful. I was trying to find a property to rent which allows pets and she wasn’t interested in helping or taking my details in case anything came up in the future will definitely be steering clear of this agency now.

Not a positive experience. They were great up until the point of where we selected them to sell our house, however it sadly went downhill from there. They were unprofessional on several occasions and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell. There are better agents in Crowborough.
