I essentially work with Gemma Ward, my Property Manager. I find her pro-active, receptive and client focused. Any information or queries I may have, she turns around swiftly which definitely makes my experience with working with Hamptons a good one so far.

Lately we had some heating problems in the flat and it was necessary to change the whole system. As the flat is rented, the works have to be done with the tenant inside. Thanks to the Mrs. Lucy Desborough Senior Property Manager's efficient handling of the issue, we successfully finished the works.

GoogleExcellent assistance and customer care provided. Went the extra mile to help us as new renters and to explain the procedures etc. Even a lovely house welcoming present when we moved in! Dealt primarily with Sophie who is a delight, and I'm sure the rest of the staff are too. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the local area.
