TrustpilotWhat a delight it is to have Patryk as…
What a delight it is to have Patryk as my property manager. He has addressed issues really promptly and work has been done in super quick time. In the past anything needing doing took months to be seen to so the change is so appreciated. I have now had the delight of meeting Patryk when he took the trouble to come to the property. He is very professional and supportive. Hamptons are very lucky to have him on the staff. Well done Patryk, thank you.

Stay away at all costs. We have just realized that Hamptons are marketing on their website our flat whilst we are still living in, our contract is over a year away from expiration AND we have not been served (nor served ourselves) notice. They are taking advantage of greedy landlords trying to squeeze tenants these days even at the cost of breaking the law. Dodgy scammers.

The communication and feedback have been excellent throughout and the whole sale process has been largely stress free because of this. Having never let a property before it was all a bit daunting but Hamptons have made the whole experience extremely pain free, with their fully managed service. All the staff have been helpful and efficient, Melanie Hudson, our personal property manager really has gone ‘above and beyond’ taking care of us and our property perfectly, answering my, probably silly, questions in a friendly and timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a professionally managed letting service

Withheld my deposit. I left the place cleaner than I found it. Difficult and unprofessional in the checkout process. Shame as prior to that Jack and Julia were very helpful.

The sales agent is extremely rude, disrespectful and messes us around. We had kept several days free in order to have viewings, and in the last minute, they said the viewings will not happen. On top of that, they promised to show us properties, and last minute had additional requests on what we need to provide them with - for a simple viewing only !

I have been letting out my property with Hamptons using their fully managed service. I spend a lot of time abroad and have peace of mind that both, the house and the tenants are being cared for. Amelia, who is dealing with the maintenance issues is proactive, efficient and professional. She managed major works at the property in between lettings efficiently and has a keen eye for detail. The rest of the lettings team at Hamptons are all knowledgeable and good people to deal with. I highly recommend them to any landlords.

GoogleJanie, James, Victoria and Emily gave us a first class service when we were looking for somewhere to rent. They were immensely helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we had to end our two year tenancy prematurely and Hamptons were very good at facilitating this; again providing a really good service. Highly recommended.
