GoogleJames was fantastic showing us around properties. His enthusiasm and likeable demeanor was relaxing whilst he was informative and very patient. He gave us his time past his finish time and allowed us the opportunity to fully appreciate the property before we decided to place an offer.

GoogleWe recently used the services of Cubitt & West, Haywards Heath in the marketing of our property and found them to be excellent estate agents in every respect, particularly in relation to the service we received from David, the Branch Manager and Rebecca his colleague. Their professionalism, efficiency and communications at every stage of the process was first class, overcoming the many difficulties presented by the current crisis. GoogleAlthough I did not find my property through Cubitt & West Haywards Heath, I was impressed that Rebecca kept in touch with me weekly to check on progress with my house purchase. Thank you Rebecca!

GoogleWe unfortunately had to sell my dads property as he had to go into a care home. David was so helpful at this difficult time and made it less stressful by just sorting everything out for us. The property sold in just over a week, thanks again David.

GoogleThese have to be the best estate agents I have dealt with . I purchased a house through Cubit and West Haywards Heath in 2021 and I’m now in the process of buying another as a buy to let. The property purchase went through so smoothly and I was kept informed all the way. Rebecca dealt with my initial and follow up viewings and David dealt with the sale, both extremely professional. I used there online solicitors which was easy . Mandi arranged a great mortgage deal and she has so much mortgage knowledge. Everything completed smoothly and to the timescales I wanted. They went above and beyond. I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you want transparency, professionalism and hassle free buying or selling these are the people to use.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDavid, Rebecca and the rest of the team were fantastic for us. We tried to sell our property with another agent for a year and had no luck. We then chose to use Cubitt and West and within a week they had found a buyer. Very professional and approachable throughout the whole experience. GoogleWe chose Cubitt & West to try and help us sell our flat. At first the relationship went well and we were able to secure a buyer, but as time went on our buyer pulled out, we were blamed for 'not moving quickly enough' although at the time the housing market had shut down due to Covid-19... We were also very unimpressed when we vacated for a weekend so that C&W could do some viewings and on return we found that our flat had been left unlocked the entire weekend! Incredibly poor security and customer care. Additionally, the solicitors that C&W recommend were unresponsive and very hard to work with. We ultimately left C&W and completed our sale with Mansells.
