Cubitt and West Haywards Heath reviews

We had two viewings booked in Haywards Heath this week with Brendan, and he was fantastic - friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the properties and the local area. What really stood out was his initiative: after our second viewing, he suggested a third property he thought we’d like and even drove us there himself. That bonus viewing turned out to be one we were genuinely interested in, which shows how well he understood what we were looking for. Brendan made the whole experience smooth, personal, and enjoyable. We’d highly recommend both him and the Haywards Heath branch - one of the best estate agent experiences we’ve had.

David, Brendan and Ryan provided an excellent service. From the beginning of the process we were impressed by their professional but friendly approach. Fees were slightly higher than others, but we felt they were worth it. We would also recommend conveyancing solicitor Gareth Hart at DC Law, he dealt with all my queries efficiently and kept us up to date on the progress of the sale.

David and his team had the sole agency of our house for many months due to its unique layout and rear garden. They arranged many viewings and were always upbeat when giving feed back from.viewings. Eventually our buyers came along and we moved a week ago from Cuckfield to Newick. We could have considered moving agents but felt it was best to stay with the original team. Thank you

We have had a really positive experience with David and the team at Cubitt and West. It didn't end up working out for us getting a property through them but they helped us enormously at the start of the process with invaluable knowledge on the property market, and the things we should look for when selling and purchasing a property

Brendan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making mine and my partners property search a great experience. He gave valuable insights at every viewing and was always ready to answer questions and follow up with us if required. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a trustworthy estate agent in the search for their new/first home!

I have so far viewed two properties with Cubitt & West, both times shown around by the lovely Cameron. He was professional, knowledgeable & allowed me to take as much time as I needed to look around the properties - he also came with a wonderful smile which was an added bonus!

We could not recommend Cubitt and West Haywards Heath more highly. Our house was marketed perfectly and sold the first weekend of viewings. When our buyers fell through, David was incredible at getting the property back on the market and sold again within a few days. Our sales progressor (and David himself) were always just a phonecall away to discuss any issues. Had previously had the property for sale briefly with another agency in Haywards Heath and the service offered by Cubitt and West was miles ahead.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We sold our house through Cubitt and West. Originally they weren't on our 'shortlist' of agents we had coming round to value the property, David (Branch Manager) managed to persuade us to giving them a chance and I'm glad he did. Our flat sold within 5 days of going on the market for a very good price. Rebecca was fantastic and gave helpful advice with regards to the property we were going on to buy. Elliot was professional and enthusiastic about our property and you get the feeling from the team overall that you are in good hands. We also used their recommended mortgage broker who was able to get us a really good deal where other brokers were unable to. Would definitely recommend David's team and would consider using them again in future if we moved.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Shout out to Cubitt and West Haywards Heath - Excellent customer service. David, Ryan and Brendan worked very hard on the sale of my flat which was considered a niche property. They were in touch with me throughout the process with updates and advice. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and their commitment, dedication and determination.

We have just successfully sold our house through Cubitt and West in Haywards Heath. David and his team were friendly, approachable and professional throughout the entire process and were always happy to answer my very frequent questions. Elliott was absolutely excellent at conducting our viewings and his positive attitude definitely helped to sell our house during the first day! Their in-house sales progressor Veronica did a fantastic job of prompting, chasing and liaising with all other services and teams involved and helped to smooth the entire process along. I would absolutely recommend Cubitt and West in Haywards Heath - thank you all again for your input!

I dealt with Rebecca and from the outset had quick, professional and friendly responses. She was really helpful with all aspects, from arranging viewings to the offer and then tying me up with a solicitor. She was always on the end of the phone or email if I needed anything and I felt confident in her ability at every stage of my search and prospective purchase.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I would certainly recommend this branch. David the branch manager and his team have provided a very efficient, friendly and professional service from start to finish. From the initial consultation with David and his ongoing advice, the very efficient and effective marketing of the property including the wonderful photos taken by the professional photographer Lee which were online the next day, the lovely video taken by Rachel that really captured the essence of the house and garden, Rebecca’s ongoing support in the office and all the subsequent support from Veronica the sales progressor - all culminating in a successful sale. Thank you all for your hard work!
