What a fantastic team!

I just want to say what an absolute pleasure it has been using Cubitt and West again. When we decided to sell, we went straight to Richard because he had been so lovely with our previous sale, and we were not disappointed. He demonstrated his thourough knowledge of his clients by suggesting a buyer straight away that he knew was looking for a similar property. Everyone we know have been astonished at how quickly we were able to sell.He has always been so friendly and approachable throughout the selling process as have all the Staff at Cubitt and West. Everyone that I've had the pleasure to deal with has been very lovely and very efficient. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

Ciaran Street at Cubitt & West has been absolutely amazing and gone above and beyond to get my property sorted for a new tenant, I can't thank him enough. After moving from another agent who was pretty lacklustre this has been a breath of fresh air. thank you Ciaran 😊

Helpful and supportive

Whilst the purchase of the property I was buying took a long time, Cubitt and West were helpful and supportive every step of the way. Huge shout out to Julie Bramble who regularly emailed with support and updates where others involved in the purchase perhaps weren't.

Cubitt and West Southsea - Julie Bramble

We have finally achieved completion after 6 months of having our offer accepted. We were first-time buyers and our mortgage offer was due to expire on the date of completion. Julie Bramble has kept us updated and shown the utmost professionalism while dealing with our case. We truly believe that without Julie we wouldn't have our dream house. Thank you!

Great stress free service

We are currently selling our property through the Southsea branch. We can not fault the service we have received from Maddison and Claire. They have gone out of their way to work with us - not an easy task with the complexities of having an animal family and an elderly Mother! They have listened to us throughout the process and have really made what could have been an extremely stressful time, painless and hassle free.

Excellent service from all the team

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have received from Maddison, Robin, Emma and Nicola. The team are supportive and efficient and kept me up to date throughout the process of selling and buying a property. My property was sold in a matter of days and, a few weeks' later, Cubitt and West found my perfect property. Thank you very much.

Cubbitt & West have recently let my Flat and separately manage a retail property for me in Hampshire. Marcus Farrow and Amy Flinders have given me excellent market advice, secured a letting of my flat property and quickly responding to queries. They have both taken personal responsibility for ensuring the letting completed without delay and on the best possible terms. As a chartered surveyor, I find their approach very reassuring and I will certainly use them again.Ed Mileham BSc (Hons) MRICS

I would highly recommend Cubitt & West in Southsea after they helped me to sell my property. The whole process was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Maddison (Branch Manager) and Julie (Sales Progressor) but also with a very friendly and personal touch too.It was marketed very quickly in accordance with my request, and the asking price that I wanted was achieved.I've already recommended them to a work colleague.

As a first time buyer, Claire really put me at ease and kept me up to date on a regular basis. Julie really helped with chasing my solicitor and making sure everything went through smoothly. George provided outstanding service and really went the extra mile to ensure that my new tenant settled in happily. This was no small feat as the property required a lot of remedial work. What really sets him apart from other employees at C&W are his communication skills.
