Trustpilot🌷Moving Made Easier🌷
🌷We haven’t moved house for 36 years!! The whole process felt very daunting to two OAPS !🌷The Cubitt and West Fiveways team Ebba and Jess have been so helpful on this journey! Always available to answer questions and give information. Special mention too for Garry whose regular email updates on the progress of the purchase really helped to keep us in the loop. This was especially important to us as we were abroad for 7 weeks . Our friend is currently buying a flat and she too is having Garry’s help ! Thank you again and we will definitely be recommending your services.
I am so pleased to hear that Ebba, Jess and their team were able to make your move a lot less daunting for you. We'd all like to wish you the every happiness in your new home.Steve AtterburySenior Operations Director

TrustpilotReasons for choosing Cubitt & West Southsea
Having debated who to go with to sell my beloved family home following a close bereavement, I have chosen Andrew McGlaughlin and his team at the Southsea branch. I feel confident that he will find not only good buyer for my home in Portchester, but that his experience will help find us a new family home in Southsea. At a time of enormous sadness, he is a safe, confident pair of hands that will help manage the most important next stage of our lives.

TrustpilotCubitt and West- highly recommend!!
When deciding to buy and sell our property, I wish I had done my research about estate agents sooner. My naivety in the process lead me to make uninformed and rushed decisions making me feel incredibly stressed and anxious and ready to pull off the market all together. Zoey McGovern from Cubitt and West turned that all around. When I met her she explained everything to me in terms I understood and at my pace. She was realistic and honest with me from the start and although their fees were higher than other agents I was dealing with, her enthusiasm for selling my property felt right. Signing her as my agent was the best decision I made as she made a substantial gain in the selling price of my property. She even said to me “I’m pleased to see you so much more relaxed.” I felt valued as a person rather than just another client on the books. What started as an awful experience with other estate agents became a successful and enjoyable one. You really do get what you pay for. I absolutely recommend working with Zoey McGovern.
Good afternoon Amy,Thank-you for your kind words about the Portsmouth team of Cubitt & West and in particular, Zoey. I will be sure to pass your comments along.Kind regards,Neil PiperSenior Operations Director

GoogleWe unfortunately had to sell my dads property as he had to go into a care home. David was so helpful at this difficult time and made it less stressful by just sorting everything out for us. The property sold in just over a week, thanks again David.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
We received excellent service, particularly from Maddison, Emily and Amelia.Right from the initial valuation visit by Maddison everyone made a huge effort to make my Aged Mother feel very comfortable about selling her house that she had lived in for about 60 years. The viewings were managed extremely well by Amelia and Emily, with due respect shown to my Mother every step of the way.The house was sold with 10 days of the initial valuation - super service and efficiency.I would highly recommend the team at Southsea and will use them again.
