GoogleIn a few words I want to appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and overall service Grace M. consistently providing. I am convinced that Belvoir wouldn't be the same without her. During the years we always had good experience with her and for us, she is a cornerstone of the business when it comes to customer experience. I would rate her 5 stars but here I can only rate the overall experience with Belvoir, hence my 4 stars.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I went through Belvoir to move into our flat in Hayward’s Heath and had such a wonderful experience with everyone we dealt with, and continue to receive all the help we could ask for whenever we need it. Everyone has been so pleasant and replied very quickly, and have been so patient with us and our sometimes silly questions about the process. I’m very pleased that we were able to go through this process with Belvoir and I will recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI am a landlord and I ALWAYS use Belvoir. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I love being able to call them for advice and help if I need it. I trust their advice on choosing tenants and know that they do not pressurize tenants or landlords to make rush decisions so that both parties are happy with the agreements, rent, references etc. I would not use anyone else!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI would never use an Agency again if I can help it after using Belvoir Haywards Heath, particularly my experience on the lead up to and post check out. This is a shame after enjoying a pretty good service at the start of the tenancy and makes me genuinely feel sorry for people that have no choice but to rent through agencies like this. Fictitious claims added to deposit deduction requests weeks after I'd checked out that weren't listed on the formal check out report. These escalated and became more capricious and childish as time went on, until they were finally quashed at adjudication. If you do have to use them be very wary and ensure correspondence are recorded on email. Also be aware there are no break clauses in their contracts, and you do not have to renew despite the pushiness of the branch to, incurring more of their charges. Also leave their properties immaculate with evidence for all work as there was no acceptance of wear and tear, nor from the adjudicators (despite guidelines) as Belvoir specify this is the contract; they even claimed for watermarks on the bathroom ceiling fan. Be careful.

GoogleWhen we moved in to our flat with Belvoir (four years ago) the team were really friendly, efficient and proactive in dealing with any problems. Since then their standards have slipped, and although they have maintained their friendliness and enthusiasm, it has started taking considerably longer to deal with maintainence issues (we've been waiting over a year for a repair job). Despite this, we would still recommended Belvoir to others and would use them again.

Our business has grown rapidly and the team have been overstretched - but we have another new person starting on Monday and we hope to restore our former service levels.

GoogleWe viewed the property and swiftly got accepted. The keys were given to us quickly and we were welcomed with a nice welcome box including moving vouchers, chocolate and a bottle opener for my keys. The team have always been responsive with any queries we have and are always easy to contact over the phone or email.

Direct reviewsI have used Belvoir's tenant find service for the second year in a row now and would certainly use them again. I am fairly new to being a self-managing landlord and Yvette and her colleagues have answered all my questions and queries not only very swiftly but with expertise and friendliness throughout. I compared different letting agencies initially and Belvoir stood out from the start. To me, the fact that the team communicate well with each other and kept me in the loop at all stages of the process was very reassuring, professional and transparent. I received a 5-star service and Belvoir found me quality tenants.

Even after moving out of the property they have still been really helpful and I would wholeheartedly recommend using them and I would personally have no hesitation to rent through them again.
