GoogleMy home was on the market for a while and on popping into the shop I was greeted by Hannah. She was full of helpful information and took me through the thinking process behind selling. She arranged to re launch my property by taking more appealing photos and tweaking the house details. This put me right back in the game and within a week after she had done a viewing I had a buyer. Bingo. I highly rate her knowledge and professionalism.

GoogleI have just sold my house through, what I consider to be the best estate agents; Millerson, HAYLE. My house sale has been a long journey due to fickle buyers and a climbing market, however, I was so beautifully looked after by this professional and caring team. During all of the ups and downs of my sale over the past fifteen months, I have felt the kind assurance of this agency, looking after my best interests, which I could not fault. I have to particularly commend the Manager, Paul Le Bas, who always went beyond the call of duty, in dealing with my viewings and anything that was required in my absence to do with my property. He was always so positive during my disappointments, due to loss of sales and I can honestly say that it was his utter positivity, that got me through to a successful exchange and completion. The amount of time and effort that he put into my house sale was exceptional. He is totally dedicated to his profession whilst understanding the gambit of emotions that accompany house sales. He really does look after his clients through the whole process with a gentle manner, that is needed. This is the third property that I have successfully placed in the very capable hands of this estate agent and his team, I am quite sure that it won’t be my last. GoogleWe have just sold out property by auction through Millerson, Hayle with the aid of Millerson Helston. Adam Cook was the auctioneer, he is the most pleasant, professional, helpful person we have ever met. The agents in Helston were the most helpful, caring estate agents we have met for a very long time, I'm sure we would say the same about the staff in Hayle if we had any communication with them. All in all Millerson made a very stressful time for us a whole lot easier and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Dave and Lorraine Wilding.

GooglePaul Le Bas is arguably the greatest estate agent in the country! During our recent property purchase in St Ives, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much, and he always attempted to accommodate our requirements - which were plentiful given our lack of proximity to the property! Hugely personable, incredibly responsive, and highly knowledgeable, Paul is a hidden gem amongst estate agents! I was also impressed with Millersons as a whole - attentive and approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things ran smoothly. Paul personifies all of these positive traits! Excellent and outstanding, this has been one of the best house purchases I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in. Not living locally, although we know St Ives very well, could have been absolutely daunting, but Paul, through his personable and extremely helpful interventions made it a pleasure. He was always responsive, even to our most awkward or seemingly unimportant questions and made it happen.
