Tracey has been absolutely amazing during the purchase of our home - from finding us our perfect match to juggling things around to ensure we could view - nothing was too much trouble. Tracey is always so communicative and helpful, without her I don’t think we’d have found our home! She’s gone above and beyond and we’re so grateful for your help - thank you. Zoe and luke :)

GoogleWe were given good advice on how to "sell" our property,which involved de-cluttering! Jeremy and the team have worked very hard to bring us to a sale and have kept us informed along the way.As we no longer lived at the property,we relied on them to check it was ok and in good order during the many Winter storms. We woukd happily recommend Millerson to anyone looking for a good estate agency.

GoogleIt is with much appreciation that I thank Ross of the Millerson Hayle branch for his professional approach, at my initial enquiry in the branch about the possible sale of my home and his assessment at the arranged visit. His approach was considered and thoughtful and we felt unhurried in the conversation. He gave an honest appraisal of my home and and we valued his time to discuss the various options. Ross has a comprehensive knowledge of the local market and evidenced this in the brochure literature. Our conversation with Ross has helped us to make some decisions about sale and he welcomed further discussion as needed. I have every confidence that Millerson Estate Agents will consider my best interests when marketing my home for sale.

GoogleWe bought our property from Millersons and from the initial viewing with Paul to the sales progression with Val it was seamless! What we loved about this team (especially Val), was that she responded promptly and communicated brilliantly - especially when things were particularly troublesome as they always are with conveyancing! I was so happy to have the help and support from Val throughout and can't recommend them enough ... sales progression is everything. This is what you pay for .... selling a house is easy in comparison.

GoogleAs first time buyers we didn't really know what to expect when viewing houses, putting in an offer and the whole process, but Millerson were amazing throughout. We were mainly in contact with Grace (as she showed us around our dream house, where I am sitting now as I write this!), she is very professional and informative and was great at keeping us up to date with everything. When I've spoken with other staff at Millerson they've also been great. Thanks for everything 😊

Tracey Pilkerton was the main sales negotiator dealing with our sale and from the very start she kept us fully up to date with what was happening as well as maintaining a very good relationship with our buyers. We are very grateful to her for her hard work on our behalf. Also thank you to Ross Barrett who we dealt with initially and to Val Stone who was involved in much of the behind the scenes negotiation. As a family we would highly recommend Millerson to anyone wanting to sell their property.

She was easy to communicate with, always quick to respond, and handled everything efficiently. GoogleI would like to thank Ross for answering all my questions for which I had pages full and giving us the time to look round the property. Other estate agents in the past seem to be in a hurry which when making a big decision is not helpful.

GoogleWe have recently moved from Hertfordshire to Hayle and bought our new home through Millerson and have to say the guys in the Hayle office were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above & beyond to accommodate various tradesmen coming to measure up & kitchens being delivered. We cannot thank you highly enough for all that you have done especially Ross & Matt. Although we have no plans to move ever again, if the day does come then we wouldn’t hesitate to use your service.
