GoogleI used this EA for a sale which took a fairly long time from beginning to end, (not due to EA). My property was put on the market at the end of July 2015, a sale was agreed in August and I completed in February 2016. My Estate Agent took responsibility for following through all queries that I had with both my purchaser, vendor and end chain, other Solicitors and EA's - I was fortunate enough to have just 4 people in the chain however it was a frustrating business due to little communication between all parties when there did happen to be delays - this was with the exception of my EA. My questions were always answered promptly and more often than not my queries had already been dealt with due to the proactiveness of my EA who was consistent and efficient from beginning to end. At no time did I feel that I was asking too many questions or that something would not be dealt with quickly. I would recommend using KFH in Hayes as you will receive excellent service and attention.

We achieved our asking price for our house and Susan managed to not only find us the house of our dreams, she and her team did everything to help the sale not fall through and ensured everything went through smoothly. Being experienced in property ourselves, we were blown away by the professionalism and effort from all of the staff and would definitely use KFH and Susan again. GoogleWe have sold two properties in Hayes since 2015 and our most recent sale was handled by Lisa. We wouldn’t use any other agent as all of the KFH staff are extremely professional, but also really friendly. They are always responsive to any emails/calls and give feedback on every viewing, which you would thInk would be standard practice for all agents, but we have used other agents before and their service levels were no where near as high as KFH. Lisa, thank you so much for being such a lovely, friendly and funny person and to all of the KFH team for making this move as stress free as possible! xx
