Direct reviewsI sold my house with Belvoir and completed with (mostly) no issues. It didn???t get off to a great start when I seen on my ring doorbell that the lady from Belvoir who was selling my house decided to tell the FIRST potential buyer that they could get my house for ??5,000 hnder the asking price. Paring in mind, again, this was the FIRST viewing! Prior to this, the same lady told me that my house would get ??15,000 less than I ended up selling it for. I spoke to her about it and the next person to view it offered the full asking price straight away. After this, everything was straight forward. The office staff at the Haydock branch are lovely.. Kath, who took over the sale was really nice and got everything sorted for me. If it wasn???t for the unprofessionalism at the start this would have been 5 star service.

GoogleWould highly recommend Belvoir Estate agents especially the haydock branch, after having a very bad experience with keybanks estate agents we decided to put the house on the market with Belvoir right from the start Lynn who came to give us our valuation was highly professional and very informative regarding costs and how the process would work, upon accepting an offer the case was then handed over to Julie who again was very professional and couldn't do enough for us, we where supported and kept informed every step of the way, if you are considering selling your house I wouldn't look anywhere else other than Belvoir xx thank you again team for all your help

They were also very helpful in dealing with the solicitors on both sides, keeping us updated with any progress and provided assurances during the sale when required.

FacebookI have just sold my property through Belvoir. From the start they have been professional and helpful. This has been an emotional sale for me as it was my late parents house. Belvoir always showed compassion and understood my feelings throughout this process. When it seemed to be stalling they would chase Solicitors for me. They kept me updated at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They answers emails quickly or phoned me back to talk through things. They really have been amazing. Julie and Jill I will be forever grateful for your help and support over the last few months.

Direct reviewsI have now purchased a property and sold a property via Belvoir Haydock. On both occasions Belvoir were fantastic. I found them to be responsive when required and adaptable to delays in the sale process. Specifically, very appreciative to Lynn who managed to achieve an offer price exceeding the list price. I look forward to working with them again on my next project should it fall within their catchment area.
