She was really helpful and can't thank her enough so this review has no reflection on her as she helped me through a process i had no clue about. As a company I found during my property search I found Belvoir didnt cater for prospective buyers who work full time Monday to Friday. I found it hard to make appointments to view properties out of working hours or on a Saturday. Also found the whole process of collecting keys underwhelming considering buying a house is a huge thing. This is also no reflection on the girls in the office as I'm guessing or hoping it's down to the company. Also I've had my keys over 2 weeks and still got a sold sign outside my house.

Valuation was done by Lyn, a local lady with tremendous experience and her valuation was greater than I expected, but absolutely spot on! Ongoing support was provided by Kath and Julie, who were very friendly and helpful at all times.
I am delighted to say the house sold in six days for a very good price and everything went very smoothly. Overall, the service was outstanding.

GoogleJill and Julie have a heart of gold, they worked so hard to get through our house purchase. The people we bought the house from were unrealistic and frankly not the best to deal with. But Jill, Julie and everyone at Belvoir Haydock fought tooth and nail to get our house over the line and we finally and thankfully got there.
Communication was frequent and polite, and missed calls were followed up with voicemails or e-mails. We were provided clear updates at all times. Buying a house in COVID times has become an even more drawn out and stressful process but I would buy a house through Belvoir Haydock again any time. Thanks Julie and Jill for everything you did.
And a mention for the welcoming gift as well, that was a lovely touch and was appreciated.
