GooglePoor communication regarding emails sent be the Haxby Branch. When the email came back to me the email was rude and from request they never answered any of my questions on a property that intrested, also I want view tomorrow which emailed on regards on Monday. I'm cash buyer but if that's there way they do business not communicating with potential buyers, its at off putting. I am not recommend them as lack communication either be email, phone as left my email to. Staff where rude when replying by email and no phone call either as i left my mobile on the request . Very poor custmer service.

GoogleI have awarded at least one star because at the end of the day they sold my property for a good price. However 5 months from selling the property I am still yet to receive any contact from them to say ‘thank you for your business’ or ‘I hope you are settled in your new place’. This is a very money hungry estate agent, who push you into making rash decisions. They got a grump on a few times when I declined less than asking price offers which ment creating more work for them. The limited contact was pushy and rude at times. In the end I spoke with my buyer through email as he was also receiving limited or no contact from the estate agent. On the day of completion I had to meet the buyer stood outside their shop in Haxby and give him the keys myself through lack of organisation. If you want an estate agent to sell your property, by all means use these. If you want an estate agent to sell your property, offer great customer service and make house buying and selling as stress free as possible - go elsewhere.

We had my father's house valued by 4 different estate agents and chose Tony because we felt he was honest about the worth of the property, taking into account the location plus the condition. GoogleJust purchased house in Eastfield Ave by best and final offer, and have to say that Clare handled the sale very professionally. She gave no clues at all where to pitch my bid even though mine would have been the last one in. Bad for me, good for the vendor! I was also impressed with the way the manager kept in contact by email with everybody involved in the chain, buyers sellers and solicitors. Thanks again, Graham and Natalia.
