We recently had an offer accepted on a property through Reeds Rains, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Arron. From the moment he showed us around the property, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly approachable. He gave us plenty of time to look around on our own without ever making us feel rushed or pressured, which we really appreciated. He struck the perfect balance between being available to answer our questions and allowing us the space to take everything in. Arron was always helpful, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more relaxed. He's a genuinely nice guy and a real credit to Reeds Rains. Thank you, Arron, for all your help. wow, wow, wow, wow, wow ... Ok maybe a little of over the top on the wows, but a reflection of the service provided to my wife and I by Katie Glover as she hosted a viewing for us - its' kinda what you expect from an agent but needs calling out as not all agents operate as Katie has. Katie engaged with us positively, was open with us, injected humour and that was before we'd entered the property! Inside, Katie listened to what we are looking for and explored/suggested potential solutions to make the property suit our needs. She was straight on the phone to the office if she did not know the answer immediately, she contacted the vendor to discuss a 2nd viewing to enable us to try for size before potentially putting an offer in. Katie, didn't go above and beyond or go the extra mile, she didn't need to. She wasn't just selling the house to get a sale, she was genuinely interested in make sure it fulfilled what we would like in our next property. Thanks Katie, superb engagement, thank you

Just finished selling our old property via Reeds Rains in Haxby. We've been very pleased with the service, especially Tony Hunter who oversaw things. Apart from the normal marketing etc, Tony worked wonders in securing a buyer for us, and kept us informed of how things were progressing during the course of the whole process. Very much appreciated was his liaison with the other parties in the chain to find out things it was not easy to elicit from the solicitors. Also, printing some legal documents for me after I'd packed away my computer and printer was above and beyond. Many, many thanks to Tony, and the rest of the team.
