GoogleHaving recently completed on a sale as a buyer we were impressed with Claire’s professionalism. Claire was excellent in keeping us updated and was very diplomatic in helping to negotiate away some of the inevitable hiccups which arise in a stressful transaction. The further particulars were detailed and accurate which was not always the case with other agents. Claire had a detailed knowledge of the local market and was a pleasure to communicate with.

GoogleAnother dodgy estate agent. Phoned to book a viewing. Claire told me that she'd get back to me. I told her that I'd sold my property and was ready to move/not in a chain. Claire didn't get bsck to me. I called her again, in which she made an excuse. Maybe she doesn't want to sell to genuine people! Not professional at all.

GoogleFrom start to finish Claire has provided us with an extremely professional estate agent service, her knowledge of the local market and her well informed advice have been invaluable, for example our purchasers were already registered with Claire and didn't find us through Rightmove, showing the value of using a local agent. Just as importantly she has been utterly supportive through the emotional roller coaster that buying and selling a house is. Great value for money. Thank you Claire.
