We chose Bannerman Burke for the sale of our flat in Hawick as it is a well-established and reputable company and one which my parents did business with many years ago (it was originally established as Thomas Purdom, & Sons). We made the right choice as we were delighted with the friendly, efficient and effective service we received. From the day we made contact and received a valuation to the day when the sale was completed, all went very smoothly. Any queries were answered expertly and immediately. We were surprised how quickly it was put on the market once the flat had been visited by the property manager and valued. The photos and video were excellent, and the description given of the flat was nicely done and very accurate. The prediction that it wasn’t likely to stay on the market long proved to be correct. We had a number of agents to choose from in selling our house and Dee with her obvious delight in our property and natural friendliness and enthusiasm was the natural choice. We were certainly not mistaken in our decision. The communication from the company was timely and when I spoke to other members of her team it was obvious they knew about our position.
