The quality of the photographs and walk through video footage were excellent and there was also the added bonus of drone footage which was really beneficial to show the true scale of our property and surrounding gardens. Communication was excellent, there was always someone available to answer any queries and the appointments system for viewings and feedback was really easy to use and made for a very efficient service overall. Professional, informative and reassuring from the initial scoping all the way to handover at offer acceptance. Within a short space of time my property had been inspected and set off to market looking great. An offer accepted within a week. “When you get your first viewer, and they comment on the excellent and professional service from your estate agent you know you’ve made the right choice. Right from the first meeting with Dee & Susan we were impressed, their expert but friendly service made the whole process stress-free. The marketing materials, especially the drone footage & video walk through created by Tony and the photographs from Dee were some of the best we have seen.
