GoogleMy property was on sale for many months with other agents and I received a letter from OneClickHomes as they're opening a new office in the area. After meeting the sales director Tony, my property was able to sell in the space of 2 months. As a company they are very efficient and was understanding of my situation. I hope to work with them again soon and would recommend to family and friends.

Thanks for your note and we believe this was resolved last year at the time of the error. We affected the immediate withdrawal of the error advert on receipt of your email at the time. The property was brought up as part of a comparable report drawn up for a listing we had coming on in the area. We use the sold property data of all properties within a certain vicinity of the subject property and input the details on our system. This would usually remain as part of the back end as a previously sold property to use for valuation reports but it seems in this case a member of our staff mistakenly listed it live. We took on board the concerns at the time and rectified our practices to ensure this would not be repeated. We thank you for your message in helping to improve our services. Regards, Amar Upadhyaya Managing Director

They have made the whole process straightforward - advising me how best to proceed and being on hand to ask questions. Definitely recommend and will be using their service again to let a second property.
