What a pathetic state agents. Their registration form is so long to fill just for viewing. I First made call to book viewing they sent me very long form to fill. The form included my deposit amount to every little detail, that, I had already done with my bank. I repeatedly told them that the property I am interested in is within my mortgage range already dealt with bank, but they are so pathetic they just wanted to ruin my day. What a bad service and bad state agents. They don't deserve a single star. No other state agent asked me silly questions just for viewing. Everyone else has common sense but CO homes is none. The form was so long that I tired fill with them on phone and even than it was so depressing that I had to leave it half way through. Shame on you for being so pathetic. Some of the questions are given below to understand the scale of S****** for just viewing. Position (First time buyer, own to sell, buy to let, etc) Any property to sell or let? on Alto fill in Disposal section What’s the reason for the move? Describe your ideal/perfect property, Tell me about your property (valuation) What’s been your experience so far? What’s the most important thing to you about this move? How are you planning to finance the purchase? What is your deposit amount? (£ or %) Can I arrange for our mortgage brokers to contact you with their latest lending rates? Do you have a preferred Solicitor / Conveyancer? If not, we are happy to recommend one What are your contact/marketing preferences? What price range are you looking at? We are so pleased we chose OChomes to sell our home. When we met Tony, initially, he was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He put us at ease with the situation where we were not getting anywhere with viewings with another Estate Agent and we knew we could trust him to get us a buyer very quickly. He was spot on with his valuation and gave us very good advice with regards to the price we could achieve. His Team were brilliant. Nav dealt with the photos and marketing stage efficiently and he set up a Portal for us to view all stages of the sale. Viewings were set up very quickly and feedback provided on the Portal. We received an offer within weeks and Tony was on board with negotiating the best price we could achieve and a very good offer was secured. From then on, the progress of the Sale was handed over to Keya, in the Sales Progression Team. Keya has been a godsend. She has tirelessly and relentlessly pursued all parties especially the Solicitors and kept everything moving as quickly and efficiently as she could from the outset till Exchange and Completion. She would call us every Saturday to give us an update and to ask if we had any issues she could help with.
