FacebookHi Everyone, My name is Arthur and I am renting a flat in Colindale through Homesearch Properties and I must say it’s the best agency through which I have rented an apartment! Tonu, the owner of the agency, is simply the best! She is a people’s person and absolutely not a cheater like many other London based agencies are. Whenever there are issues in the flat (ie. dishwasher or washing doesn’t work, there is no hot water because the boiler stopped working etc) that need repairing she immediately gets on it and send someone to fix it. She should be an role model for all the property agencies in London! Highly recommend this agency if you are looking to rent your next property.

GoogleThe place is good enough for the both of us. Spacious, clean and good to live in. Transport are available near the flat and that is a good thing.
Great to hear the flat works for both of you and you're settling down ok 👌🏼🤩 …
