GoogleTonu has been fantastic from beginning to end, supportive and understanding of a tenants needs and reality. She ensured we were involved with check in and check out inventory and took the time to chat things through with us and involve us in any decision. She also has been extremely fair at a time where housing costs are rising. We look forward to reaching out again when moving back to London!

GoogleWe are very pleased to have chosen Tonu as our agent. She provides a very personable and professional service, always a buzz away and willing to help in any way she can. She found us a great tenant who is also very pleased with her service. It’s rare to get this level of care and commitment in a market full of big corporates and tech-enabled platforms. We’d thoroughly recommend Tonu.
Aww, this is lovely! Thank you so much🙏🏼😍. And we love the phrase "tech-enabled platforms" - this is the bane of our lives as realtors and we're forever explaining to clients that even though the platforms are cheap, sleek and so called efficient, you cannot beat the human oversight especially on legislative matters 😂🤣. …

GoogleTonu at Homesearch Properties has been the best. I’m an overseas landlord and have been bitten by contractors who have charged me a substantial amount of money and provided a below standard refurbish with a mountain of things going wrong once they left which had to be rectified. Tonu came on the scene and took over for me. She is super responsive and attentive to mine and my tenant’s needs. She seeks to get the best contractors at the best price for me. She’s truly been a blessing since I’ve been introduced to her. If you want a quality service by a professional agent please try Tonu at Homesearch, they’re truly wonderful. P.S. she also thoroughly research the tenants and won’t just place someone in your property just to receive the commission, she seeks to protect your asset!
Thank you for your kind words 😍! This is our USP ie providing the best possible service based on our extensive knowledge of the industry. And it's never about the money 🙏🏼 …

GoogleTonu from Homesearch Properties was fantastic throughout. She was highly professional, responded to queries almost immediately and offered great advice when asked. She manged to find me tenants with a guarantor that passed the credit check so that I was able to purchase rent and legal protection insurance. The rent she managed to achieve was very high despite the present climate. Her fees were very competitive compared with other agents. Why would you use anyone else for letting your property!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
