GoogleI can't recommend griffin in elm park enough...they sold our house in 7 days after being with another local agent for 4 months..Michelle came to value our house and was easy to speak to and approachable.. vicky took over our sale and made the whole experience so much easier always keeping us informed every step of the way. My only regret is not using griffin from the beginning .

GoogleA friend recommended me to them as she sold through them and I couldn’t of been happier. I was kept informed all the way through the process with polite, cheerful staff of which nothing was too much trouble especially Vicky. Thank you.

GoogleVery happy with our current service from Griffin .Mariana Homina showed us around the property we purchased and has given us alot of confidence in our buying our first. We were given useful and accurate information on how to put in offers and how we processed now our offer has been accepted. Feel comfortable knowing VICKY GARRETT will look after us until the keys are exchanged. Thank you team griffin…👍

GoogleFirst class service - and friendly too! The first agent we instructed failed miserably, but Griffin were excellent. Within a week they had sold the property and now 2 months or so later we have exchanged contracts and are about to complete. They kept us advised from start to finish and were completely reliable and helpful throughout.

TrustpilotNOT your friendly"estate agent ! !
@Upminster Branch :
Not your " friendly" local estate agent at all !! Today one of their staff parked his car right outside my front door in a way that prevented me and others local residents/ businesses to freely access our own properties. When asked to be more considerate of "others" he completely lost the plot!
He would not admit he was in the wrong! Worst, his fake welcoming mask disappeared to be replace by a smirk smile and a very dismissive gesture!
Then he started being rude, arrogant and questioning my right to freely have access to my property!! As well as follow me 10 minutes later by trespassing into "my private building", forcing his way in, to have a go at me!
What this man failed to realised is that his negative and threatening behaviour reflect on Griffin! Hence me writing this review!
Is Griffin company ethos to employed staff who are : Bully ! Physically Aggressive toward woman ! Ill mannered ! 🤔 ?
All he had to do was apologize and understand he was making a nuisance of himself ! I would definitely not use them to sell or rent of my properties! What they should do is used the public car park. Until then they are the Neighbour from hell !
