Great service delivered by the team at Griffin from a buyer perspective with a special shout out to Saoire who showed us around the property we ended up buying for the first time and was genuinely invested making sure we understood the ins and outs of the property and that it was the right move for our future plans. Vicky has also been very helpful with keeping the process moving and being the go between when the transaction was moving slowly by chasing up solicitors on both sides and making sure actions are completed. Can't complement the team enough!

We are currently using Griffin services to help with finding our dream home. Saoire has been liaising with us and showing us around places. We are yet to decide on a property but was very impressed with the service she has shown us. She was patient, felt authentic and did not make us feel like we were asking too much with our questions and enquiries. First of all my wife and I want to say a big thank you to the whole team. You guys have been brilliant. There were times when we nearly gave up especially when the first sale fell through. Had so many viewings that we didn't imagine would happen during the sale process. We were kept informed through out the process even though there were times when things gone so cold. From the initial interaction with Michelle viewing our home before going to market, we felt that Griffin provided a very personal approach from explaining the processes involved to providing excellent guidance regarding any concerns or questions that we had. Thorough questioning from our estate agent, Mariana, about key selling points about our house, ensured that she was the ideal person to really show prospective buyers why we really loved our property. This attention to detail led to our house being sold within two weeks of going to market. The next stage of the selling process was handled by Vicky. Vicky is amazing! She has provided constant reassurance throughout the process, answering questions, chasing solicitors, providing advice. I also know that she has chased things on her days off if it has been required. We would highly recommend Griffin to anyone buying or selling their home, because they have provided a caring, personal and professional touch. Selling a house is by far the most stressful event, but it has been very comforting having the support Griffin have provided along the way.

I was very happy with the service received from Griffin when selling my house. Initially Michelle started proceedings but I just was not ready to make the leap. She showed great patience but was away when I was finally ready. Vicky did a great job and her colleague who conducted the open house was superb. My house sold very quickly and I was thrilled. I had found a property to buy and Vicky gave me great advice on how to progress the sale and was a great listener when I started to get anxious or frustrated. It all went so well that once I had moved my things into storage I went off to tour the Scottish Highlands in my campervan whilst the sale was completed and building works to update the new property went ahead. I am now happily settled in my new apartment and Griffin has restored my faith in estate agents. I also love that they offer so much support to community groups as this makes such a difference. I can't recommend griffin in elm park enough...they sold our house in 7 days after being with another local agent for 4 months..Michelle came to value our house and was easy to speak to and approachable.. vicky took over our sale and made the whole experience so much easier always keeping us informed every step of the way. My only regret is not using griffin from the beginning .
