On explaining my situation and time scale, I was contacted by the Branch Manager Maria Ticehurst. who pulled out all the stop's in marketing and administration. i'm now back on track and just awaiting my buyers solicitors. I used the Hornchurch branch, Their manager David said all the right things and then delivered very little even going as far as outright lying to us about how the market properties resulting in us having to sell at a lower price than we could have got earlier. No responsibility taken and simply treat our complaints like an inconvenience, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
