Unlike 'typical agents'.

I'm new to the property market but have been helped massively by dimitri. As a first time buyer I'm lost when it comes to all the property jargon but I'm now at ease after speaking to him. Hornchurch Branch.We purchased our house from them last year whilst houses were selling fast. We met David at the viewing who was open & honest with us from the start, unlike many other local agents! This branch is excellent, the purchase was handled by Chelsea who ensured we remained in regular contact throughout and was always available to help. The chain nearly collapsed after exchange yet Chelsea remained professional and again, honest. We completed just before Christmas and would not look elsewhere for an estate agent in the future. Completely professional, put other agents to shame.

I was about to cancel a viewing due to certain information about the property, which turned out to be exaggerated, the sale negotiator Max, didn't give up, got all the information we needed about the property, hung on, persuaded my wife and I to view the property and basically helped us right though to our offer being accepted.
