The whole team but particularly Julie were nothing short of fantastic. After losing our buyer through no fault of Bairstow Eves a new buyer was quickly secured. They helped us manage a very stressful period with ease and I could not recommend them more. They went out of their way to help us with our onwards purchase which had no impact to them and were fantastic in negotiating our sale price even though Bairstow Eves fee was flat. If you're thinking of self selling Bairstow Eves was completely worth their fee and we had absolutely no regrets!

Bairstow as a company did excellently well to get me a property in Hornchurch. My contact person in Bairstow, Kirsty King was exceptional. She demonstrated the spirit of resilience and painstaking. She was responsible and responsive each time even when the transaction was getting delayed. Kirsty, was helpful beyond agent/client, relationship During some extremely stressful stages of the buying and selling i felt that it wasn't just about the commission. The whole team, from Skyla, Kirsty and Julie were in contant contact keeping us updated with how things were proceeding, even on the day of exchange not taking their day off. I have extremely bad experience with my flat, I moved in on 30 of August. the electricity was cut off because of the debt of the previous tenant, and the Agent still didn't informed me, but asked to pay the deposit and the rent upfront before giving me keys to the property. Today is 3 of September and I'm in the flat without electricity and hot water. Still no answer and no help from the agency.
