A big thank you to Accord. Having used other estate agents in the past Accord were so much better, and made the selling of a house seem easy from start to finish. Paul explained the process, and Ellen was always there updating me, she was fantastic. Sophie on the sales progression team was also great and kept me updated on what was happening and chased the solicitors for updates. I would recommend using Accord as they always have time for you and any questions you may have.

We worked with Jamie on selling our property. Our situation was slightly complex but he was there with us the whole time. He had in depth knowledge about the housing market and the issues that can arise when selling a property. The response was quick and when we needed help chasing someone in the chain that was done as well very quickly. If we were to sell or a rent out a property again we'd definitely use this company.

The team at Accord have been outstanding. Renting through them has always been seamless, with consistently friendly and professional service. Amanda, my main point of contact, has been exceptional. She is always responsive, informative and genuinely supportive, doing everything she can to ensure things run smoothly. Any issues have been dealt with promptly, often with same-day visits from their maintenance team. Georgie has also been fantastic, carrying out property inspections with efficiency and care, and always offering a friendly voice on the phone. If I weren’t moving out of Accord’s area, I would have been more than happy to continue renting through them. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Paul has probably been the most approachable and professional estate agent we came across during our house hunting as buyers. From the moment we first spoke to him we felt he understood our situation and he always ensured that our messages were passed on to our seller promptly. We can honestly say that had it not been for Paul's help and professional yet very kind manner, we would not have been able to complete especially as we were in a chain and there were a few issues at the top of the chain. I had the displeasure of renting from Accord lettings. They didn't want to return my deposit, kept finding silly reasons to deduct money. When it comes to repairs, they are so slow its shameful and they will only do temporary fixes. There was an old boiler in my flat, it was about 60yrs old, totally useless and I went a whole month without hot water. I kept having these stupid inspections every 3 months, then it was 6 months.
