I would like to thank Charlotte from the Havant Branch for being the most helpful and nicest lettings agent I've ever dealt with previously. From the start Charlotte was professional, knowledgeable, along with being warm and friendly. She answered any questions I had and made the whole lettings process easy and not stressful. I cannot thank Charlotte enough , she is a credit to the company and it's reputation. I would without doubt use Your Move for any future needs as I felt so well looked after from start and not just one among many as I'm sure she's a busy lady. Once again thank you Charlotte .

All in all it's been a rewarding experience working with Your Move, and in particular with Emma who is excellent at keeping you informed & getting back to you. We did have some complications in getting our unused advance rental payment back, but despite this not being her immediate responsibility, Emma made sure that the process was concluded as quickly as possible.

I am renting since more than 8 + years in UK this is the first time I have vacated the house with in six months as we struggled a lot during winter. Absolute joke is advertised as double glazing windows but its actually not at all as we can see water vapour is coming through the windows, water leaking everywhere,also very noisy surge damper . They don't hand over the house clean and tidy but they charging for cleaning at £145 + vat .waste of money also very stressful moving home twice in six months.

I don't ordinarily leave reviews but as a landlord and property investor of 16 years I have to say that the Havant Your Move branch has provided me an exceptional service. I have bought property through the branch and use their full management services ongoing and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sandra Bryant the manager has provided so much help and assistance and has always resolved any issues - often going over and beyond. Makes my life a lot easier to have such a professional and friendly contact to deal with. All the team have also been great and always been a pleasure to deal with. A well run outfit all round! Absolute rip off merchants, £600 for a basic clean (hoover and dusting) - found a much cheaper quote (£80) - was told they could only use contractors on they're books, convient for yourmove all those are rip offs too! Disgraceful that business's like this can still continue.

Right from my initial enquiry this team have been more than helpful and friendly. I was shown a couple of flats to rent by Emma and decided to proceed with one of them. I have not rented before but the whole process was easier and quicker than I had imagined. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Ben and Sandra in Emma’s absence and I must also mention the other lovely young lady who accompanied me in my 2nd viewing but sadly I can’t remember her name. I had a couple of queries after I moved in and again Emma dealt with it quickly. All the team are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone anytime. I am not connected to Your Move or any of the staff, this is just my honest opinion

I have used this branch for many years, firstly to purchase my house and more recently to let it out through their Landlords Management Service. All of the staff I have dealt with have been more than helpful and very professional, and have all gone out of their way to help me. I feel very safe knowing that my property is in their hands. My experience with the agents at your move is that they are both attentive and professional, whilst also treating tenants with respect.
