Kirsty Hunt is a credit to the company

Having been a Tennant of a Cubitt & West property for many years I can say with confidence that they are a great letting agent but this has never been more apparent then today with the very lovely Kirsty Hunt. Kirsty has helped me with a very delicate matter and gone above and beyond to solve issues and help me. She was not only friendly and professional but caring and genuine. She is an absolute asset to the company and I can’t praise her highly enough. She is great. Thank you Kirsty :)

we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

I purchased a house through the Havant branch and a year on I am so happy in my new home. The staff at the Havant branch were so helpful during the process and I really appreciated the 'start to finish' service they provide. Heather was so efficient keeping me updated about the chain and calmly dealt with a number of issues that the survey showed up. Heather found and booked trades people on my behalf to quote for works and mediated with the seller so that I was comfortable to proceed and complete on the property I love!

I must say, we had a not so great experience with another company when we first bought our home back in 2018 so we did have our walls up when we first started talking to the team about selling our property. I'm glad to say that we had a completely different experience this time round all thanks to everyone involved at the Havant branch including Lauren, Elliot and Heather. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. All the way through the sale, along with Claire and Tamsin they made the sale progress as smoothly as possible. There are always hiccups along the way but they all did their best to make sure everything was dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. It was an absolute pleasure working with you all. Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.
