The Cubitt & West lettings team were so helpful with the process of putting my flat up for rental. They understood my priorities and communicated all the details I needed to think about e.g. smoke/CO alarms, tax on profits etc. They were patient with keys that didn't work for the flat (despite working earlier) and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I'm have zero concerns about working with them moving forward.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The valuation reports was both prompt but also comprehensive.Once a sale was agreed, the senior sales progressor (Julie) was amazing and kept us informed at every step of the way, including providing updates from solicitors on a regular basis. C&W are a company that I have worked with in the past and will continue to do so moving forward as it’s a very well run outfit.

Danny, who did the valuation, was knowledgable about both the property market and the local area. 🌷We haven’t moved house for 36 years!! The whole process felt very daunting to two OAPS !🌷The Cubitt and West Fiveways team Ebba and Jess have been so helpful on this journey! Always available to answer questions and give information. Special mention too for Garry whose regular email updates on the progress of the purchase really helped to keep us in the loop. This was especially important to us as we were abroad for 7 weeks . Our friend is currently buying a flat and she too is having Garry’s help !
