Truly shambolic experience with this business. (Sam, Bognor). Appalling lack of communication. Very friendly at the start but then you never hear back despite repeated requests. Have tried to log my complaint three times with absolutely no acknowledgement even that I wish to make a complaint so I've resorted to just posting my grievance here as feedback. I've moved several times over the years and never come across such diabolical customer care. And as for the conveyancing surveyors that they 'reccommend'... An eye wateringly painful experience. If you do for some strange reason "have to" use this estate agent, I strongly recommend you choose your own solicitors and avoid D.C. Law or any other online firm they suggest. Never again!Lucky to get a 2 star instead of a 1 star!

The team at the Havant branch of Cubitt & West were professional, proactive and a pleasure to work with. My house was marketed to its full potential, good representation from C&W reference photographs etc, kept me informed at every stage of the sale (STC at the moment), and quick to respond to any contact I made with them. Comprehensive and proactive support to ensure flat could be re-let rapidly and seamlessly after sudden tenant departure. Marketing, tenant selection/vetting, flat inventory, cleaning, safety and all legal aspects covered for new contract and referencing of new tenants all carried out in a few weeks. Would have taken me months!
