Amazing service from Dan in the lettings team… Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was able to view a house ( working outside his work hours, as I was unable to view the house until the evening due to my own commitments).All phone calls and correspondence were prompt and Dan gave me all the answers I needed to my questions ( I had many 😁).Dan has been professional but also friendly making me feel at ease through a stressful time ( looking for a home and moving is pretty stressful 😳).Thankyou Cubitt and West … 5 stars from me!

Our house sale was always going to be problematic; elderly father moving in with his daughter and son in law over 150 miles away and us needing to sell his old home. Trying to facilitate all this from a long distance was stressful and challenging. However Cubitt and West supported us so well throughout the process and Julie Bramble went above and beyond in order to support us, chase solicitors and paperwork, while constantly updating us due to the sale being 'long distance'. We use Cubitt and West to market and manage our rental property. Our contact in the Lettings Department is Holly. Holly is always conscientious, patient and polite. If she promises a call back she always fulfils that promise. Tenant vetting is good and we rarely have any vacant time. The service is highly recommended.

Managing stress in a sale

Selling a house at the moment is very stressful. Purchasers are cautious, chains are precarious and the whole process is very slow. My experience was no different - but it was made more acceptable by the staff and Cubitt and West. The staff at Waterlooville (particularly Maddison, Robin and Nicola) who dealt with the marketing and managing potential purchasers were attentive, helpful and encouraging. When we finally found a purchaser Julie Bramble, the senior progression executive was excellent. She chased other agents and solicitors in the chain, kept me informed and gave sound advice. The chain collapsed twice - but all at C&W remained encouraging and helpful. Well done and thanks to you all.
