Thank you Scott

Scott B was super friendly and helpful when I was starting out on my house hunting journey! He listened to what I was interested in and was really quick to respond to my questions. He also listened to my needs around how I could be contacted due to shift work which I appreciated. He kept in contact but wasn't pushy which was great. My perfect property came out of the blue from a different place, but Scott really has been a joy to interact with - thanks for all your help.

Quick and easy house sale

I checked out several estate agents, going with Cubitt & West because of the professional and comprehensive approach. The sale was relatively quick, easy, and the house went for more than the asking price. Thank you to Jo Green, Sasha Wallace, and the team for a good house sale experience.

Exemplary service at all times

Exemplary service at all times. His up to the minute reports and persistence with dealing with any problems on the way were so reassuring. He picked up details we had not seen and kept the whole process in motion until the end. Absolutely fantastic and first class performance and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Good staff

During the long process of buying a property, I found everyone that I dealt with to be friendly and professional at all times. Julie, with whom I had the most frequent contact, did a great job. She was always prompt when responding to any enquiries and was never less than helpful and really pleasant in communications.

Cubitt & West are a very professional firm - a delight to deal with

I have found Cubitt & West branch at Littlehampton to be a very good team to deal with. I am an experienced property investor and the business-like approach and efficiency are very impressive. I would have no problem in highly recommending this team to any vendor and purchaser.

Good experience from Cubitt & West

My first experience going through the process of buying a house. It’s been a rollercoaster journey however Cubitt & West have provided a excellent service from the start to the very end and we now have our first home. Julie Bramble has kept us in the loop with the whole process and has been excellent.

Waterlooville Office

I have been very happy with the girls based in the Waterlooville office who have helped me achieve a sale. In particular I would like to single out Nicola, Emily and Maddison. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they are all polite, kind and knowledgeable.

If I could leave 10 stars I would

If I could leave 10 stars I would, exceptional service from first contact to a congratulary phone call after we moved. Our sale and completion only took 9 weeks which went so smoothly, Liam and Scott communicated regularly throughout keeping us updated and reassured . Very highly recommended company.

Can't praise them highly enough.

Can't praise C&W in North End highly enough. Zoey, Michelle and Julie took care of my Mother's house sale from start to finish. I was kept fully informed right the way through. A very professional, but friendly team and I would highly recommend them to all

Superb, personal service!

I found myself in a situation where I was unexpectedly needing to rent and I can say that Chris at their Bognor office definitely went above and beyond to help, a superb experience from start to finish. I can't fault how proactive (and reactive depending on direction) they've been. All in all, given the pressures etc - 2 weeks from first contact (not even about the house I'm now renting) to being in a house that I couldn't be happier with is outstanding.

Walking through Waterlooville and looking in estate agent windows, went into Cubitt and west as there was a really nice house in the window. got some great advice from Craig on how to start buying our first house, would 100% recommend going in to see them as he made the whole process seem easy . Thanks for the advice
