TrustpilotA brilliant team - from start to finish - at Cubitt & West Southsea
The team were brilliant from start to finish. We have sold our property through them and also bought through them and there has been no weakness in their work at any stage. From the initial discussions about the sale, through agreeing the details of the brochure, through the process of bringing in streams of viewers to the final securing of the sale, the team were excellent. They have put up with our ideosyncracies, smiled through the problems we created by not quite sticking to the agreed building work programme, reassured us and the rest of the chain about the delays and finally helped us secure both our sale and our purchase. We cannot praise them highly enough and want to thank them for making it all happen.Jerry, Annie and John Owens

GoogleWe’ve received fabulous service from Maddison and Robin, both very friendly and informative, as are all the employees at the Waterlooville branch whenever I call.
Maddison had a lovely chat with us as we were preparing to buy and put our mind at ease- as buying was a little daunting to us to start with.
Robin’s customer service is fantastic, he is very informative and he has put up with many of my phone call rambles that get a little sidetracked and all in all sounds like a genuinely nice guy.
It’s been a pleasure, we will move with you again!

We have recently sold our property and moved to a new home. Two of the Cubitt and West team have been extremely helpful , Zoey McGovern was great when showing prospective buyers our house during the lockdown. Julie Bramble deserves a special mention as she has been absolutely brilliant in helping us to co-ordinate the move and keeping all parties in the chain informed and pushing to ensure everything came together.

Friendly, great communication and a near hassle free purchase.
