Home purchase made easy

We purchased our dream home through Cubitt and West and were, unfortunately, part of a long chain, taking several months to complete. Julie ensured that we were kept informed of every step along the way making it easy to liaise with solicitors and other key players involved in the process. It really did go without a hitch and we are now all smiles, as we walk around our lovely new home!

Our main point of contact has been Dave. He has an energy that is infectious and made us feel we were in good hands, which has proven to be the case. Before our details even hit the internet, he had matched a prospective buyer, they came to see it next day and deal done - all in a few days!!! We are still in shock.... We couldn't be happier with our experience. Wayne has also been very experienced and beyond helpful with the financial side of things. From our experience, they have proven to be worth every penny and would not hesitate to recommend.

Cubit and west waterlooville

Cubit and west waterlooville, what can I say from first meeting Maddison to give us our valuation to meeting Robin, Emily and Nicola what an enthusiastic team of people. Getting us sold subject to contract so quickly in a matter of days and each one has been supportive and understanding to our requirements in finding our new home. We very much look forward to finding our future home very soon.

Friendly, helpful staff

The friendly, helpful staff at Cubitt & West made the sale of my property relatively painless. From useful advice on how best to present the property for sale in the first place from Maddison, to regular updates, gently chasing others when necessary and skilfully overseeing the sale's progression by Julie, very pleased with the service.

Me & my boyfriend dealt mainly with David at Cubitt & West and he went above and beyond to get us our property. My sister had also dealt with him prior and said he worked wonders for them. I met with Wayne also and he made the process so much easier by explaining certain terms that as a first time buyer can become rather daunting. Thank you again to all those who helped us at Cubitt & West Waterlooville.

Georgia single handedly restored my faith in Cubbit and West

I had nothing but positive interactions with Georgia Morris. She has consistently gone above and beyond and treated me in a way that no one else has: like a fellow human. I have felt seen, heard and supported. I hope that she is rewarded for her unparalleled (and previously unseen in my experience) commitment to support tenants like myself when they need it most. Because of Georgia I ended my tenancy with an overall positive feeling about Cubitt & West.

Dealing with Cubitt & West has been a pleasure from start to finish, the whole experience has been really easy and stress free. A special thank you to Ciaran Street for assisting along the way, a great asset to Cubitt & West in my opinion.

Very helpful and professional

We were assisted by Julie Bramble who was our link between our solicitors and buyers. No question was too much trouble and she always got back to us when she said she would. She made the whole experience which took over six months easier to handle, even if it was just to give reassurance that things were moving along. The whole team were very helpful.

Terrible company! Would not recommend unless you want to keep reducing your price every 4 weeks because they’re too lazy to be pro active! Went with another agent as soon as I could and had immediate interest in my property! I’d recommend pearsons if you want professional service! C&w is run by children pretending to be adults, shocking!

Amazing work from Abbie, Beth and Sharon

Really easy to put applications through, especially for young people. Don’t ever hesitate to put your details forward if you don’t get chosen for another property because they really go above and beyond to find you your home. Abbie and Beth have been an amazing help, can not fault them at all! Amazing help from Sharon also who helped with the last couple days to pass messages on etc! Enjoy the job, you’ll love it! Thank you so much cubitt and west.

The best place to find your next home

It is tough being new to the UK and also searching for a house, but trust me, Paige and Marcus from Cubitt and West made it so easy for my family to find a house and to settle in at ease. They kept me always updated on every step of the process and was patient and friendly throughout the process. The entire process to get a house was clearly explained to me and they had done a wonderful job following up on every aspect. I would surely recommend them to anyone who is searching for a house to rent in the UK also for anyone migrating to the UK, you can surely bet on getting an excellent house by contacting them. Terrible agency - appalling service

Terrible agency. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I made an appointment to view a property last Saturday. This was confirmed by text and email. However when I called the office when I was 10 mins away, they kept me on hold for 5 mins before telling me there was no appointment and no one could show me the property. If they can’t even get that right why would you trust them to buy or sell your property?

I recently had a viewing with Yasmin at the waterlooville branch she was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the property. We placed an offer which was accepted and we cannot wait to move into the property.
