TrustpilotGreat experience!!!
Right from the beginning it was an great experience buying with Cubitt and West. We had Lyndsey from the Waterlooville branch showing us around our now purchased home. She was really lovely and she made it a really exciting experience for us during our viewing. Later on towards the end of our experience Robin also from the Waterlooville branch, helped us towards completing our exchange of contracts. He was outstanding and went over and beyond. Without his perseverance we wouldn't have achieved it as soon as we did. Julie Bramble, our sales progressor from Cubitt & West was fantastic from the moment that she introduced herself to us. She has been amazing all the way through, always keeping us informed and always provided fantastic communication throughout, we couldn't of done it without her. Overall the team have been fantastic and we would like to thank them all. Shani & Barry

TrustpilotReasons for choosing Cubitt & West Southsea
Having debated who to go with to sell my beloved family home following a close bereavement, I have chosen Andrew McGlaughlin and his team at the Southsea branch. I feel confident that he will find not only good buyer for my home in Portchester, but that his experience will help find us a new family home in Southsea. At a time of enormous sadness, he is a safe, confident pair of hands that will help manage the most important next stage of our lives.

TrustpilotSelling our late parents' house
My sister and I had the sad task of selling our late parents' property and, after visits by three local estate agents, we chose Cubitt & West (C&W), Waterlooville, as being the best 'fit' for us. The advice from Mo Hussain, the senior branch manager, was hugely helpful. Once we'd signed up, our sales contact was (still is) Nicola Johnson, and we've received exemplary guidance and information from Nicola throughout. She's polite, helpful, cheerful and answers our (sometimes daft, I'm sure) queries promptly and fully. My sister and I are very pleased that we chose C&W.

TrustpilotCubitt and West- highly recommend!!
When deciding to buy and sell our property, I wish I had done my research about estate agents sooner. My naivety in the process lead me to make uninformed and rushed decisions making me feel incredibly stressed and anxious and ready to pull off the market all together. Zoey McGovern from Cubitt and West turned that all around. When I met her she explained everything to me in terms I understood and at my pace. She was realistic and honest with me from the start and although their fees were higher than other agents I was dealing with, her enthusiasm for selling my property felt right. Signing her as my agent was the best decision I made as she made a substantial gain in the selling price of my property. She even said to me “I’m pleased to see you so much more relaxed.” I felt valued as a person rather than just another client on the books. What started as an awful experience with other estate agents became a successful and enjoyable one. You really do get what you pay for. I absolutely recommend working with Zoey McGovern.

TrustpilotThomas is a star!
As an estate agent they are pretty standard. Usual sales patter etc, usual mgmt fee rates etc. When I first started renting my place through them I had to do a bit of chasing (three month inspection) etc
