Dreadful!!

Truly shambolic experience with this business. (Sam, Bognor). Appalling lack of communication. Very friendly at the start but then you never hear back despite repeated requests. Have tried to log my complaint three times with absolutely no acknowledgement even that I wish to make a complaint so I've resorted to just posting my grievance here as feedback. I've moved several times over the years and never come across such diabolical customer care. And as for the conveyancing surveyors that they 'reccommend'... An eye wateringly painful experience. If you do for some strange reason "have to" use this estate agent, I strongly recommend you choose your own solicitors and avoid D.C. Law or any other online firm they suggest. Never again!Lucky to get a 2 star instead of a 1 star!

The whole team at Waterlooville starting with Robin, Nicola and their colleagues were very helpful, but since Julie Bramble appear in our way, she was a gift sent to us :-)She is very proactive, every time we had a question she was getting back to us with an answer on the same day! Do not use Cubitt and West

Cubitt and West (Havant Branch) agreed to market our property which has 4/5 bedrooms as a 4 bedroom property. The staff then changed the details to a 3 bed property as they said they had to meet their internal compliance rules. However, they still valued the property as a 4 bed house, despite marketing it contrary to our agreement. We have since switched agent and they are marketing our property as 4/5 bedrooms.We also had to deal with some fabrication of the truth in other dealings with the staff and so we complained and were released from their lengthy 20 week contract. We have now found another agent who is marketing and valuing our property more accurately. Our advice is do not use C&W.
