We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

TrustpilotMediocre
Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .

TrustpilotMaddison and Nicola of Waterlooville…
Maddison and Nicola of Waterlooville Branch were extremely professional helpful and friendly they kept me informed regularly, their enthusiast approach was a refreshing change from other Companies. Their deliverance of customer service skills was second to none maybe many other Companies should take a leaf out of their book and review their own deliverance of customer service and people skills.
