I recently sold a property in Waterlooville and I was unsure on the procedure in selling a property. Cubit and West Waterlooville was my first point of contact and they went out of their way to make the survey,photos and veiwings as smooth as possible. My husband and I are very happy with Cubitt and West, especially Richard Clarke, Senior Branch Manager, and Claire Schindelka,Senior Sales Executive. Richard made us feel comfortable and gave his honest opinion when asked about our chances in selling our flat. He made sure we were kept in the loop and he sent us the summary of the marketing activity. Claire came on board in January; she was very professional and knows her job. She went above and beyond. She came to our flat to see our property because she said she wanted to know what she was selling. It definitely helped her look for potential buyers and she sold our flat in less than a month. On top of that she also gave us advice about our decision to buy the house that we wanted. Buying and selling houses is not like selling other commodities; it can be emotionally stressful and some may have emotional attachments to their property or could be anxious to move out. In our case our flat is too small for us and we really need to move to a bigger place now that we have a baby.We were with another estate agents at first but we did not receive the same kind of service that we got from Cubitt and West. I am a fan of reviews I rely heavily on it when I purchase anything especially for large purchases like homes. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West if you are looking for an estate or letting agency.

I could not fault the service that we have received from Cubit and West but in particular the work of Ebba Morley,. Without Ebba’s amazing efforts there is no doubt in my mind we would not have achieved the sale of our house, but also our house purchase, which was on with a different far less efficient agent. I recently sold my house with Craig and his team of Cubitt and west Waterlooville. I initially had contact with David the sales advisor who when I informed him of what I had to sell he said he had someone who would be keen to see, he brought them round the following day and before we knew it we had our buyer. Throughout the process the team including Thea, Elliott, Emma and Wayne have always been more than happy to advise and help when needed. Then there was Julie who pushed the sale through and was on top of the process all the way, thanks to her my sale went through within 8 weeks and with a few obstacles with the chain along the way - She was Brillaint! Cubitt & West in Waterlooville gave us the absolute best selling experience we could ask for! Craig and his team were exceptionally upbeat and professional, and made my husband and I feel completely at ease during the whole process. We’d like to thank Craig, Elliott and Wayne for answering our many questions (first time sellers here!) and for being so knowledgeable about how our sale was getting on. The communication between the staff at the Waterlooville office was amazing and we definitely noticed that whenever we spoke to them. There were two shining stars during the whole process though: Dave and Julie. Dave did our initial valuation and we were blown away by his whole demeanour. Dave was super professional, completely down to earth and had a sense of excitement about him that made us want to sell our house through Cubitt&West. Dave understood that we were nervous first time sellers and did so much to keep us reassured- from setting our expectations at every point to taking the time to contact us regularly to check in, even if it was just to let us know that there was no update. So, Dave, thank you for making it fun! Julie was our sales progress lady and she is worth her weight in gold! Julie took what was becoming a very stressful situation and managed to turn it around to get us into our new home in time for Christmas! It was so nice to know Julie was on the other end of the phone. She spoke to us with so much patience and explained legal things that we had no clue about. I truly believe if it wasn’t for Julie working so hard we would not have moved in before Christmas. Thank you, Julie! Because of you we got to spend our first Christmas in our new home as a family (next Christmas Paul is away with work). So to conclude: Cubitt & West did a smashing job all round and we absolutely cannot fault them! We’ve been telling EVERYONE to go to Cubitt & West because of this!
